You are moving ahead undeterred. The kind of documents you have been asking, procuring and chasing shall leave no room for the offender to escape. Whatever be the level of influence offender is wielding, or whatever the nexus is.  

Kindly post if you get the copy of appointment letter as asked by you thru RTI.

The info shall be of immense help to many.
