validity of promissory note

sir, if the creditor's name is not
written by the debtor in the promissory note and died after taking money how the money can be collected? Can we file money suit on his legal heirs on the strength of promissory note?

U file suit for recovery of money against his lrs .uif amount is heavy take attachment before judgement if debtor has any immovable property or any f.d money in bank until the suit is decided .
