an amalgamated company ask their invested company to update the shareholders records by giving proof of High Court Approval about amalgamation. Can investment company ask any other documents for updation of records ???
Is certified copy of order from High Court order not sufficient for proof of amalgamation to update the records ?
File RTI Application and seek same information from Company law board or Registrar of companies and keep their authentic response a record.
