my father had four brothers .. and had property of 10acers and the land was not divided and my father was gave 1 acres in free because he was my wifes sisters . .sisterwas done that he was writt jien 2acers in agreement with out tell ing (lie) to my father and my father was uneducated and now they asking for 2acers from us ... and AGREEMENT WAS DONE BEFORE 6 YEARS AND THEY WAS NOT REGISTERED .{they write agreement according to them } and it was only agreement and the agreement was valid know in court if they suit on us .. Plse tell solution for this above query .....
