unregistered agreement cancellation

I sale my land they give advance 1 lakh and put agreement for 3 months to pay balance amount and registration 3 months going to end not pay balance amount still after 3 month complete agreement valuable ?? how should I cancel the agreement ???

Dear Mr. Balaji,

If balance amount is not paid you take legal action for cancellation of agreement. For cancellation you have to send legal notice through advocate and approach civil court.

1. Simply issue a Legal Notice to the Buyer party to pay the balance payment and register the final Sale Deed, else the agreement would stand cancelled after 10 working days and you would be free to sell the property to somebody else. PERIOD.
