u/s 125

My sister filled u/s 125 . Court judgement was that her husband give maintanence 10 th of every month. This is first month and her didn't give maintanence till 10 th. 1) How long my. Sister waiting for maintanence 2)withing how long she appeal to the court for issue arrest warrent . 3)Advocate told my sister after 3 months she appeal to the court about violation of judgement . 4) what has the procedure to appeal to the court to take step against her husband ?

If the husband not giving the maintenance to you sister at the time of pending of case you can file a misc. case for warrant or attachment of property after lapse of the aforemention date. You can file before the higher court in shape of appeal regarding the enhancement of maintenance after the matter disposed of.
