Yes, it is the prerogative of the bank.  It can refuse the 2nd signature

yes, but that person give a affedavit to bank, that  two type of signature of same persons

Now as per the RBI guidelines, the bank is supposed to have the details of their respective customers under Know Your Customers (KYC). In the said procedure, the customer can only adopt one mode of signature and the customer cannot hold two kinds of signatures. Thus bank will not accept two kinds of signatures.
