a person quarrels and says to killed
me and my family.i report the police but police make the NCR and no FIR registered . one witnessed give me a affidavit in my favour. so I want to go to a court for me and my family safety.
you can file a complain u/s 200 of crpc infront of magistrate via application which would be forwaded by your legal advisor to magistrate..
magistrate will further if find out your plea bona fide..will direct police for lodging FIR and for further investigation.
