tenant right for royalty claim

I am a dentist practicing in rental place for 6 years and more now. The owner daughter is also dentist and he ask me to vacate the place and wants daughter to start practicing there. so much effort has been made by me to establish the dental office and suddenly he wants to vacate and make easy for his daughter to start. is there any royalty claim can be made for the effort I made in establish the practice
