one flat is in the name of 2 owners. if 1st owner dies whether heirship
certificate from court is require for his 50% share? OR in this case if 1st owner dies directly 2nd owner become the full owner of the flat.
If the deceased owner has left legal heirs then succession certificate shall be in the name of coowner ansd legal heirs iof deceased owner. If there is no legal heir of deceased owner then property shall vest with sole living owner.
