substitution of complainant

Under N I Act, which case was filed? Was it a civil case or a criminal case.

If the case was a criminal case, the person who filed the complaint has to be come for giving evidence.

If the case is filed under civil provisions, the existing branch Manager can give the evidence-based on records.

The court should permit such substitution with any bank officer that is equipped with Bank's POA in his name.
