i have to file a stay against the auction by bank over my(legal heir) property..I want your advised now I have to move for high court or DRT....9816374011

You can approach D.R.T.s. in your city.The Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) and Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRATs) were established under the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act (RDDBFI Act), 1993 with the specific objective of providing expeditious adjudication and recovery of debts due to Banks and Financial Institution.
