solution for the prevailing situation.

Dear concern,

We are 3 siblings. Being elder one and under emotional pressure, I invested in the construction of ground floor with my father. And all brother were living. As my children grew I constructed 1st floor with my own money. There were no contributions from others. After some time my youngest brother constructed 2nd floor and he shifted.

Now on ground floor there is 3 room, a single central hall and parking area. it's been 3 years that father passed away and now we have purchased vehicles also. My middle brother is not allowing me to put vehicle nor giving a single room.

He is so smart that he is not constructing his own floor also and trying to grab the ground floor as such. Other wise he is warning us to go for partition for all the floors.

Where I feel we should keep ground floor common for parking and one room for each brother...

Please suggest what to do... How can I get the justice... Is there any rule of partition as I have discussed?
