we live in a flat in Mumbai where by outgoings were substantially increases to 4 times the amount in 3 years
can you pls tell what could be the reason behind this ....is it hike of taxes by Bmc as the society gives no answers
they only say that buildings constructed after the year 2000 will have to pay high taxes as outgoings....
Question 2 related to this query...
As the society increases the outgoings of the society every few months...we the residents of that flat decided to contribute to the outgoings to the society....
my cousin who is staying in the flat earning a salary of 50.000 plus says she does not have money to pay her share of outgoings though she earns a salary above 50.000 a month...
can we file a RECOVERY suit as I have have proof that she earns a big salary and gets all her letters at this communication address..
pls let me know the solution
