Any one has citation which says serving of notice on whats up or telephone call is sufficient

Search in google with key words Delhi High Court Judgment for serving summons through What'App, e mails, Text messages.  Afer finding out the citation, download the Delhi HC judgment.

I do not think in DV cases, serving notice is mandatory.
