i am from ghaziabad.
I told my lawyer to get stay order against section 498a,406,323,504.. 15 days before. which my wife put me and my family. but today my lawyer said that, just before 1 week Allahbad high court rule changed and now one of your family member have to present in high court. I just wanted to know that it is real or just my lawyer misguided me. please help.
Can a complaint case u/s 498A/406/323/504 IPC get stay in Gaziabad/ Allahabad Court? I feel andswer is "NO".
