sec 138 relief seeking

my known has been punished under 138...he is sentenced for one year imprisonment and 1,45,000 fine....wat relief and how we can appeal in session court...can fine be waived off too ???

You appeal and see the result. Nobody can predict the ultimate decision that would be rendered by the Appellate Court. WHATEVER ONE MIGHT SAY HERE WOULD AT BEST BE A SPECULATION.
