sec 138 145(2) filed

in my case notice issues by appeal ant after doshon our of cheque .. I receive it and also reply to it ..bit in court he had not producer my answer while submit case suppression of facts by appealant . can it consider by court and discharge me.. I had filed application under 145(2) of ni act
