Dear Aruna,

It is new area, yet to take off. currently the law and order has to learn a lot to handle those cases. But there are many cases getting registered with out any progress in investigation to present the case before court. Even cells created for investigation in this area lacking knowledge and skills of how to investigate and catch the culprits.

There is a great scope to start private investigation agencies.

Dear

India has the toughest of cyberlaw in the whole world and i would not be exgratted to say toughest amonst the laws of our own country

Cyber Contravention and cyber Crime are the two areas where the scope expands

and with the new amendment of making Sr. Inspector of the police station responsible to admit a complaint, things have widened the scope
