my grand father had allowed to run school in our land around 20 year back within a deal of clerk post to any of his sons or daughters(when he agreed his sons & daughters were too young so he said after their education he will appoint any one of them who is eligible)
The school which had started 20 years back is now a educational trust with many schools & colleges. 7 years back Trustee who had agreed with my grandfather said he will pay for the land instead of job which he promised for clerk post. By the time of finalize of the land deal my grandfather expired and after 2 years the trustee also expired now his son is taking charge and not purchasing land & not even appointing for clerk post. few days later when we approach trustee he is neglecting us.later we opposed to run school after which they dragged stay order from court it's been a year now. what legal move should I do now?(property is in 4 brothers name total of 4 acres)
