I purchased 23 cent land from Muslim fatheron 2009 .This property is undivided share of Muslim father & daughter.
Father sign in my sale deed for his own 50%share,and also 50%share of his daughters share. He got 50% share from his daughter through unregistered agreement between signed Muslim father and his daughter.
whether sale deed is valid or not?
If not how can I correct it through sub registrar office.
