builder agreed for land development from landlord and during construction due to various reasons they had a fight so customer who is purchasing Landowner share wants developer as conforming party on the agreement for bank approval will the builder do it because as per new norms for bank approval it is mandatory that developer as conforming party on the sale deed.
Sir I want to purchase one resale housing society flat in Kolkata , but seller donot have registration or mutation in his name. He has Share certificate. Can I purchase this flat from him? If yes then please mention procedure. Thanks.
