sir i have developed a property in maharashtra
in which a part of it are apartments sold to purchaser and
built independent adjacent penthouse to the apt building with a small garden and parking space with
clear demarcation boundary wall as restricted area mentioned in the agreement.for 10 years the society had no issue suddenly they are asking access to the parking space and garden as they consider it common property belonging to the society.what should i do
