in 10percent ews quota....income cap 8lakh...will income from agriculture or salary counted or not like obc creamylayer /non creamylayer ??

Every state has to formulate such stipulations individually. As the system is new, it may take another one month to study and formulate the eligibility.

My father group b gazetted officer assistant engineer in ministry of defence (civilian officer)govt. of India age 58 annual salary above 8 lakh Mother. Not working Also no other source of income So I am under obc creamy layer or non creamy layer. Please reply

Members can not judge. File for such certificate from Tehasildar disclosing facts as per IT returns, and let him decide. Either you will get certificate or they have to inform reasons for non eligibility. Apply for such certificate first.
