requesting to suggest a way to change of caste from SC to OBC quitting reservation

Hi sir, Am from abhishek, aged 26yrs from mysore and presently working in IT field in bangalore karnataka, I belong to SC category and I want to change my caste to OBC category fa the sake of marrying a my long time lover.. They belong to virashaiva lingayat community which is OBC in karnataka... Am ready to quit my reservation facilities also.. So plzz suggest me a way for it...!! If a obc category childless old age ppl adopts me as their son, can I be able to chng my caste to OBC as the rule states father's caste is the son's caste...????

dear Abhishek caste is innate so is caste based reservation.if some OBC gentleman adopts you ,you are not going to become OBC all of a sudden.you are a bright student and a genuine person that in itself is adequate for the girl to marry you.try to convince her family though
