my friend has owned a property by agreement to sale in 1996, and also from that day he is in the possesion of such property but one prob is that he has not registered the property on his name and the person who transfered the property to my friend is still alive but on the 7/12 extract thier are names of 4 brothers of the transferee and out of that two are dead and two are alive, and now my friend wants to enter his name on the 7/12 extract and also register the property on his name....help me
