I AM REGESTRED MORTGAGED THE own PROPERTY IN NIDHI COMPANY FOR Rs.20 Lak. I PAID STAMP DUTY OF 5% OF THE LOAN AMOUNT IN THE YEAR OF 1997. I PAID EMI IS REGULARLY TILL IN THE YEAR OF 2001. THE TOTAL TENURE OF THE SAID LOAN 86 MONTHS IN THE YEAR OF 2002 THE SAID NIDHI AUCTIONED MY PROPERTY TO MY TENENT ALSO NOW THE QUESTION IS

1. WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR REGESTRED MORTGAGE ?

2. I PAID MY PRINCIPLE AMOUNT RS.20 LAKS TO THE NIDHI COMPANY EVEN HOW HE Auctione my property ?

3. the nithi company sold the property AUCTION rs 40 laks even I paid 20 laks altogether the nidhi company collected rs.60 laks aginst which he fianced Rs.20 laks for with 5 years

4. WHAT IS THE REMEADY TO GET BACK MY PROPERTY ?
