regarding noc from current employer

I am working as a central govt employee since the last 6 months. My probation period is of 2 years. I want to apply for SSC CGL 2018 exam which is also central govt dept. As my current offive is not very employer friendly they may prohibit me to apply for it. But I genuinely want to change my job for a better position. What should I do. Can I fill up the form without intimating my current office? What will be tha consequences then?

The legal meaning of probation doesn't sound right to me as i have not committed any crime and have not been released from nowhere and i am not guilty of anything. It's just the probation period of the job.

1st thing 1st; One (employee……and you) should download the extent rules of establishment applicable in such matters..and relate with rules…

The authority is unlikely to differ from rules…and such action may not be employee-unfriendly

If you have the extent rules post or attach or mention weblink….

IT is suggested that you follow the rules and don’t conceal anything….and invite charge of misconduct….
