refusing to pay money back

I have a shop. I gave the customer 7gram of goal as she agree to repay on instalment but she did not repay me back. How can I proceed in order to get my money?

please issue a legal notice to her and if the matter is not settled despite the Legal Notice you can file a recovery suit.
