the govt of punjab has decided to regularise the services of contractual teachers who are presently drawing salary ranging from 43000 to 55000.
the government has put a condition that all the employees will be on probation for 3 years and will get consolidated pay of rupees 15000 only .this cut in salary is done after 10 years of services of tje emoyees.Can the state govt reduce salary? can this decision be challenged in Court?
