Recovery of land

hello,

we have land of our great great grandfather,which is taken by another person with a consideration of 2kg cereals in 1950's ,so. how can I revoke my land .

please guide

but what do u think ,that 2 kg of cereals is valid consideration for 80 acres of land

Who is in possession/occupation of the property? How it is being used?

Ok ,means there is no chance of getting back the land.I have one more query ,we have a bungalow on a 25000 sqft of land of our ancestors as mentioned above it is recorded in their name.How can I register my name on the property?
