My husband is trying to buy an wetland in karnataka. He is not from an agricultural background. My father and grandfather are from agricultural background in tamil nadu, but we have sold those lands now.
I learnt that we cannot buy wet land in karnataka if we dont belong to agricultural family.
What type of certificate will be required and from whom in tamil nadu that i originally belong to agricultural family can be got to purchase the land? Is it possible to purchase with that certicate? Kindly let me know the name of the certificate also.
