how can general cast purchase of sc agriculture land in Rajasthan...

Go to state revenue minister and seek permission to purchase of state govt of Rajasthan .the land owner has to approach with requisition letter to govt that he is unable to cultivate land or any other beleVable reasons to seek permission to sell
