i am having chicken shop ,since 2003 june 20,my age was 25 in 2003 .
did know about agreement or lease.ny
we landlord and me dont have any agreement.
i was used to increase price of 5% yearly and was 500rs/month in 2003,5000rs advance.
from last three years there was a in crease advance 5000 every year or vacant shop.
till date we did not have any agreement and present rent is 3200rs/month.
now they want keep a chicken shop in my shop which i grow customer from 2kg to 75kg/day.
can any one please give remady or protected tenant.
Or can i ask good will sum amount and leave.
