I find a standalone flat in dumdum, Kolkata situated in khatiyan number 1. The owner of the property have registered deed and had a loan from SBI. But now I heard from many others that flat registration in khatiyan number 1 is closed and no bank will give home loan on properties situated in khatiyan number 1. I have some questions: 1. Is it true that registration is close in khatiyan number 1? 2. If yes then when this registration will open? 3. Does there any option to get home loan on properties situated in khatiyan number 1? 4.
