property disputes

I am having a property in Pitampura LEFT to the family when my Father s death in 89 .
I GAVE RELINQUISH MENT DEED
IN MY MOTHER S FAVOUR IN 2000 BUT MY THREE OTHER SIBLINGS NAME WAS CONCEALED. HENCE THE MUTATION IN MOTHERS NAME WAS CANCELLED. T HE RD STATES MY FATHER LEFT ONLY TWO KIDS.
NOW MY MOTHER HAS GIVEN ME EVICTION NOTICE.
SUIT FOR PARTITION IS ALSO
FILED.
SUBLEASE IS ALSO CANCELLED
WOULD I GET A SHARE IN THE SAID PROPERTY
WOULD I BE FORCED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
ALL THE THREE SIBLINGS AND MOTHER ARE IN USA.
DDA SAYS ALL THE 5 TO
APPLY FOR RESTORATION OF THE SUBLEASE.
CAN I BE FORCED TO APPLY FOR RESTORATION. IN DDA.
CAN COURT AUCTION THE SAID PROPERTY. KINDLY REPLY

The facts provided by you do not give a clear sense to provide a legal reply. You are advised to contact a local lawyer dealing in civil side at Delhi along-with all your documents and obtain his advice.

If you had relinquished your share in favour of your mother then without getting setting aside the deed, you cant claim any share in the said property and accordingly you can be got vacated.
