Sir, my grandfather have two sons. Hisproperty bifuricates after my granfathers death. Till the original documents and in the registrer office the property is on my grandfathers name.my father and uncle have pass books on their names only of those property. Now the issue is my uncle also died before my granfather.now the land is maintaining his wife .she has only one daughter. Now wat she is doing all the property slowly one by one disposing off. Now my father also died three years bak. We are doing jobs in other states. As a grandsons can we suit a file on my grandfathers property. Can i stop her legally by selling my granfathers property.plse advice tanq.
