Dear Sir,
I was involved in a case in 2013 under Section 376/417. However, I had been acquitted from all the charges by honorable court on 2015.
In 2016 I had applied for re issue of my passport and got the same. At that time RPO mentioned "police verification not required".
Now I want to apply for Turkey visa.
For that Police clearance certificate (PCC) is required.
Please tell me sir whether their will be any issue in getting PCC as I am having criminal records although I am acquitted.
