pocso act case doubt

my friend have pocso case.
In that case lw-1 to lw-6 are girl and her family members they are opposition to my friend they will tell against him. remaining person are not against. and medical report also positive in this case.
is there any chance to safe side my friend. please reply me. thankyou

hii ......my friend is 16 age and a boy is now 19 they have loved truely but unexpectedly she have become pregnant and she took the tablets and she got abortion that her parents and they gave complaint this came under pocso . all the proves are there against the boy but the girl is supporting the boy does the boy will be safe or not?
