I have question regarding 138 NI Act Complaint filed in u/s 138 and there are two thing on which i have to argue that the grond taken main complaint is that the accuses persons owe an amount of RS 200000 and at the same time in legal notice the ground has taken that the accused have taken the amount for providing orchard land . 3rd in condonation application Ground for condoling delay is that the accused persons have assured the complainant that the amount will be provided in some time that cause the reason for filling complaint on time
