PF OF GOVERMENT EMPLOYEE

You have not mentioned and attached the PF rules applicable to said Govt. establishment.

Go thru the PF rules applicable to the said govt. establishment that should be available in office or even website of the establishment thru employee log in or HR portal.

If PF is administered by EPFO then go thru EPFO rules;

PF of Govt empoyees is never managed by the EPFO.

GPF(CS) Rules are not available on site of deppts rather on the wbsite of Deptt of Expenditure, Min of Finance

If you are lesss than 15 years oif service you can take advance (not withdrawal) for th epurpose which is refundable in 36 instalements.

You have to fill simple form expected to beavailable in your deptt.
