The information about one spouse ( wife or husband) to other spouse is possible thru RTI and/or when summoned by court....per facts of the matter.

Majority of the judgments in Family matters are applicable in case of either of the spouse be IT wife or husband.

Either of the spouse be IT wife or husband, should carefully go thru the decisions and judgments and pick up relevant points for her/his case.
