Person joining a company as a partner and he want transfer his land as a contribution or capital to the company....wt wil be the laibility under stamp duty act and charges

U approach local sub registrar he may tell the proper stamp duty.as he gives as gift it is charged as per gift stamp duty. As it is commercial it may be charged as per law
