my partner in the industry we had has refused to sign the noc in the joint account in the bank we had. so now i am not eligible for any loan. please suggest sir what to do?
If your husband is not signing NOC then legally you can’t do much.
You can apply for loan from some other account, or bank on behalf of any other immovable property.
