partition suit

I HV bought a property in my name in 2008 on my own earning and loan - my dad passed away in 2010. now my mom along with my sister in 2017 has filed a partition suit claiming that my property is bought out of proceeds of ancestoral sale of another property. can this case hold in court - can she claim my property even if an ancestoral property has been sold prior to buying of my property??
