parents right over sons self acquired house

I acquired myself a 1RK. Now, can a mother or a court force me to sell my only house in which I along with my family live and ask me to pay her money when I have given in written that she is always welcome to stay with me? Any response will be highly appreciated.

Parents has no right over the self acquired property of son, but they can claim maintenance in case they are unable to maintain them self.
