order 39 rule 3 cpc

is Ad-interim Stay on execution of decree possible i.e stay on warrant issued by small cause against tenant by order 39 rule 3 cpc appellate district court without hearing or giving notice to respondent in condonation of delay case.?

U file objections to it .the court hears it may vacate stay.
