Sunny, tell me onething.
From previous posts it seems that NiNa is a working lady.If she files a maintenance case on hubby then will not hubby exhibits her income details in the court?but as an Indian husband it is his duty to maintain his wife according to his status, isn't it?
NO, the answer is NO Ranee. Why, for God's sake tell me why??? As an "Indian husband" he's supposed to pay her alimony even if she's working?? What is her duty as an "Indian wife"? to do this adulterous behavior of talking to other men when the husband does not approve of it? I think the concept of Indianness has been truly screwed by these Black Angrez law system and it needs to be corrected immediately.
I strongly advise all Men to go in for pre-marriage contract or pre-nuptial agreement to stop this barbaric harassment at the hands of women, This is spoiling the society very much and very soon all Hindu men will want to turn Muslim or Christian because of this, much easier marriage and divorce laws.

finally we made a good Child acces case proving child was with me being taken care till few days of being taken away & notice sent. The child was with me without mother for several months.
However , though in backfoot she was very adamant,on not giving any access. Though judge & councillor fired her & threathened to pass order they werent really doing so. Note finally i got as joint consent (not order) 3 days -2hrs & 1 day 7 hrs in month. But nothing abt holidays, festivals etc. This my lawyer also nodded. He stated its only interim.
Isnt it too short negotiiated.
How long is this valid since i need him for festivals, holidays etc. can i reverse the interim access though it was with my consent if its validity is beyond next hearing.
Is it valid till they reply to the child access application of mine.

Thanks for the details. My father has already contacted the lawyers and preparing the documentation. I wanted to check with someone in this forum to know what are the possible scenarios and how to mitigate them.
Would like to keep you posted and discuss the results. I will.
Thanks again.

AND do the same with her. Dig out her past issues and start filing complaints against her in different police stations and give petitions in court. Give her a taste of her own medicine. Plus call up all her friends and tell them that she has stolen things from your house and run away, that they should tell her to return the things. You can be as creative as you want bro.

Dear Sir,
What I supposedly wanted to say was that your notarized Power of Attorney is valid only after Registration. Need not go too deep into procedural aspects and details. Your Advocate and the concerned Registrar will take care of it. You need not register the "Will", it is optional. Please take notice that even if the "Will" is registered, it would not reflect in EC normally. I cannot discuss the advantages & disadvantages since it is a wide subject. And YES, your Parents can Cancel the "Will" anytime when they are alive. Assuming as aforementioned, your wife cannot claim share on this property. But do not get your hopes high. There are for worse scenarios that you had failed to assume.
I strongly advise that you contact your Advocate (particularly someone who knows you/your family well) in person or by Phone and act according to his/her advise. That would be more effective and problem solving.

consumer court can grant you relief or otherwise you may go to the civil court for specific performance of the contract guaranteed at the time of the booking, but you have to prove it that the builder conveyed you the above mentioned promises either in writing or orally.

RCR is a useless case in ur scenerio. It will invite more trouble for u than any relief. If u want to save ur marriage & want ur wife 2 cohabit wid u, try non-legal ways, take help of common relatives n elders. Try to talk 2 her n sort out the differences.
If u think that no workable solution is in sight, apply for divorce.
gud luk

Can i go there without consent of my husband and in laws. I took police at my in laws home to search for my papers but could not find any of my papers. so i have to get my passport made again for visa.
YOU CAN GO ABROAD AND LEGALLY HUSBAND'S OR INLAWS' PERMISSION IS NOT REQUIRED. NATURALLY, AT RANDDOM SEARCH YOUR PASSPORT COULD NOT BE FOUND AS IT WAS HIDDEN SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HARASS YOU. YOU CAN FILE A CIVIL CASE AND SEEK DIRECTION FROM THE COURT TO DIRECT YOUR HUSBAND TO PRODUCE YOUR PASSPORT. OTHERWISE, YOU CAN FILE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM BEFORE THE MM AND GO FOR SEARCH WARRANT OF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENT. WITHOUT SHOWING SUFFICIENT PROOF THAT YOU LOST PASSPORT, IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET A DUPLICATE PREPARED. SHORTER METHOD IS THAT YOU FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE POLICE STATION SAYING THAT YOU LAST THE PASSPORT AND ON THE BASIS OF THE COMPLAINT GET DUPLICATE PASSPORT FROM AUTHORITIES.
Till now my husband has not taken any action, he is just requesting me to return back by email and his family memebers asking me, but i dont wish to go back. What if he files an notice under section 9 or RCR.
IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED TO GO BACK (THE REASONS YOU HAVE NOT TOLD IN YOUR QUERRY), NOTHING IN THIS WORLD CAN FORCE YOU TO GO THERE. THE COURTS IN INDIA HAVE NO POWER TO FORCE THE ESTRANGED COUPLES TO STAY TOGETHER. IF HE FILES SECTION 9 AND GETS FAVOURABLE DECREE, THAT DECREE IS NOT EXECUTABLE. ONLY DISABILITY YOU FACE OUT OF THIS RCR DECREE IS THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO MAINTENANCE, IF YOU ARE OTHERWISE ENTITLED. AS YOU HAVE BEEN ALREADY EARNING MORE, EVEN OTHERWISE YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO MAINTENANCE.
REGARDING HIS TAKING AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS CONCERNED, YOU SEE, IF BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE HAVE HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP, THEN MONEY DOES NOT MATTER. IF THERE IS ESTRANGEMENT, THE PROPER SOLUTION IS TO DISTRIBUTE THE EXPENSES AND DOMESTIC WORK EQUALLY. IT DOES NOT AUGUR WELL THAT MORE EARNING WIFE, AFTER COMPLETION OF HER WORKING HOURS COMES TO HOME AND INCURS ALL THE HOUSE HOLD EXPENDITURE AND ALSO DOES ALL THE DOMESTIC WORK, WHERE AS LESS EARNING HUSBAND REFUSES TO SHARE EXPENSES AND ALSO HOUSEHOLD WORK.
