if a person wants to start a advertisement paper publish then what kind of licence he has to take and from where

Hi Sushil

can you clarify what advertisement paper publish you talking about. If normal publishing house, I guess R&I registration is required for classification in yellowpages and rest normal licenses, such as trademark and copyright protection. But, to clarify I could not get your question well, so if you can mail me exactly what type of publishing it is, i meght be able to give you better suggestion. MY email id is advsnigdha27@gmail.com
