want to file review application at Gujarat High court, the high court has granted delayed of 735 days ,but actual delay is 795 days. high court has not mention all our arguments points my hc lawyer has not file reply in delay condone appeal and my lawyer give judgement against me in high court during arguments..the court has given judgement under limitations act 14 , actually it should be under limitation act 5.I want to file review application the in Gujarat high court. Need a help on documentation and procedures for filing review petition.. also want judgement in favour of my case..
